Don’t really see why people celebrate birthdays. They’re just reminders to tell you that you’re older and there are more expectations of you and life’s going to get shittier than it already is. Or maybe people celebrate birthdays because it helps make them feel better and allows them to temporarily forget how much more fucked up their life is going to get.
